Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during holidays.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time We ship internationally through our professional freight forwarding partner. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination, and will be displayed at checkout.

Duties & Import Taxes We cover all customs duties and import taxes through our freight partner — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Our pricing is fully transparent with no hidden costs.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package in real time at 17TRACK. Please note that tracking information may take 3–5 business days to update after shipment.

Delays & Lost Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
